What ESCO helped the client achieve
Cultural Innovation
An integrated electrical system with advanced lighting, smart controls, and precision dimming enhances architectural features and cultural displays, creating an environment where cultural stories stand out and visitors enjoy inclusive, memorable experiences.
Sustainable Performance
Leveraging high-efficiency switchgear, smart metering, and demand-responsive lighting systems, Everett Smith & Co delivered a sustainable electrical design that reduces energy use and ensures long-term environmental benefits. These measures supported Green Star certification and achieved a 40% precinct-wide reduction in carbon emissions.
Power Resilience
The museum is supported by a highly resilient power architecture, incorporating dual high-voltage transformer supplies configured for redundancy and secure load sharing.
Independent low-voltage feeds terminate at a common but segregated main switchboard, enabling continuity of supply, controlled isolation, and safe maintenance. Life safety services are electrically segregated, ensuring critical systems remain operational under fault or emergency conditions.
Everett Smith’s Solution
Quality Without Compromise
From detailed drawings, staged inspections, to certified testing and commissioning, we ensure all technical systems are installed to the highest standards. By delivering safe, reliable infrastructure, we support a space where education and community engagement thrive, allowing the Museum to host world-class exhibitions that enrich cultural life for generations.
